Seed Acquisition Process

Seeds must be acquired via a separate Plant Acquisition Permit (Directive COFEPRIS-03-028). Required: ACUERDO portal form, fee payment, fiscal/legal representative letter, and SNICS registration. Each permit is valid for 180 days, single use.

Las semillas deben adquirirse mediante un Permiso de Adquisición de Planta (Directivo COFEPRIS-03-028). Se requiere: formulario del portal ACUERDO, pago de derechos, carta del representante fiscal/legal y registro en SNICS. Cada permiso tiene vigencia de 180 días, uso único.
